These terms govern this website and services provided by VectorCore Corporation. A signed proposal, statement of work, order form, or service agreement may include additional or different terms. The applicable written agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.

The applicable written agreement defines the specific deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, schedule, fees, and acceptance requirements.

Delivery and acceptance
Delivery is governed by the Service Delivery Policy and the applicable written agreement. Timelines may change when scope, access, information, third-party dependencies, or client approvals change.
No guaranteed outcomes
VectorCore provides professional services but does not guarantee revenue, savings, funding, regulatory approval, system uptime, or any other particular business result. VectorCore does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, or investment advice.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, unauthorized, or harmful activity. Clients must have all rights and permissions required for data, systems, accounts, and content supplied to VectorCore.
