Service Delivery Policy
VectorCore Corporation delivers customized digital professional services. This policy explains the general fulfillment process. The applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, or service agreement provides the controlling project-specific details.
Before work begins
VectorCore provides a written scope describing the services, deliverables, client and VectorCore responsibilities, assumptions, fees, and proposed schedule. Work begins according to the approved written agreement and after any required upfront payment is received.
Delivery method
Services and deliverables are generally provided electronically through email, virtual meetings, shared documents, approved software platforms, system configuration, training sessions, or other digital methods stated in the agreement. VectorCore does not sell or ship physical products unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Delivery timing
Exact milestones and anticipated completion dates are confirmed before payment in the applicable written agreement. Timing depends on project scope, technical complexity, required access, third-party services, client information, feedback, approvals, and responsiveness.
Client access and approvals
Clients must provide required information, lawful system access, decisions, and approvals on time. Delays or material changes may require a revised schedule, scope, or fee agreed in writing.
Testing and acceptance
Where applicable, VectorCore tests deliverables against the documented scope and provides the client an opportunity to review them. Acceptance procedures, revision allowances, and issue-reporting periods are defined in the applicable agreement.
Training and handoff
When included in scope, VectorCore provides documentation, training, or handoff support to the responsible client personnel. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, refinement, or troubleshooting is included only when stated in the agreement or an active support plan.
Questions or delivery concerns
Contact us promptly if a milestone, access requirement, or deliverable appears inconsistent with the written agreement. We aim to acknowledge written service-delivery questions within five business days.
